Doggie Daycare Explained

Dog day care give dogs a chance to engage in their instinctive social behaviour in a fun setting, not unlike a children’s nursery, in other words a dog crèche, all this whilst their owners are at work.

Leaving dogs at home all day is now a thing of the past. Pet dogs need to be cared for and stimulated to reduce boredom and destruction in the home. Day care helps decrease problem behaviours and especially benefits dogs that suffer anxiety when left alone.

More and more people are working longer hours and find they have to leave their dogs home alone for long periods of time. Doggie Day care provides dogs with lots of activities and the all-important social interaction for mental and physical stimulation they need on a daily basis.

Sending your dog to K9 Kindergarten whilst you are at work will eliminate this anxiety and contribute to a happy, relaxed, well balanced friend that is a pleasure to live with.

Why Use Doggie Daycare?

A lack of socialisation quite often leads to boredom, destructive behaviour and separation anxiety. Often, dogs left alone for extended periods will develop destructive behaviours such as digging, chewing and barking. Dogs need to be cared for and stimulated to reduce boredom, which in turn helps decrease problem behaviours.

This is where K9 Kindergarten can help; by sending your dog to our Doggie Day care Centre, for a day filled with socialisation, mental stimulation and physical activity, we will eliminate this anxiety and help contribute to a happy and relaxed, well balanced friend that is a pleasure to live with.
