Q.png Are you insured to look after my dogs? 

 
A.png Yes. K9 Kindergarten has an extremely comprehensive insurance policy, covering all aspects of our services. Our insurance covers public liability, day care, walking, boarding, grooming, transportation and loss of keys.
 
     
Q.png Are you licensed?


A.png Yes. K9 Kindergarten is the only day care centre for dogs in the Canterbury district to be fully licensed by Canterbury City Council.
 
     
Q.png Which areas do you cover?


A.png We cover the towns of Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable and Faversham, as well as many of the small villages nearby to these.
 
     
Q.png Do you operate on weekends, bank holidays and over the Christmas period?


A.png Yes, you can book our services for these periods, but they may be limited and will need to be booked in advance. Extra charges may apply at these times.
 
     
Q.png I don’t like kennels; can my dog board with you, whilst I am on holiday?


A.png Yes, we can now offer a home boarding service; this is where your dog will be cared for by one of our staff in their own home at night, and at the day care centre during the day. All dogs’ home boarding will need to first register with us and pass a behavioural assessment test before the booking can go ahead.
 
     
Q.png Does my dog need an ID tag?


A.png Yes, by law even if your dog has a tattoo or micro-chip it still has to wear an ID tag on its collar.
